Jenni has worked in the marketing research industry for 18 years. She is a top producing management professional and expert in client management, business strategy, and marketing research. She conducts research that is aligned with brand needs and feeds directly into business strategies. She is highly experienced in developing and positioning major brands and building businesses in a broad range of industries. Jenni has worked in Johannesburg and Cape Town with local and international clients across the FMCG, Financial, ICT, Retail and Education sectors. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), a Master of Science, a Certificate in Marketing Research, and a Diploma in Life Coaching.

Michelle Daines

Research Manager

Michelle has over 20 years of experience in the research trade, across a wide variety of methodologies, study designs and analysis techniques. She has exposure to a diverse range of client and industries, including the Retail, FMCG, Foodservice, Finance and Education sectors. Her experience translates into added value at every level of the research process, and ensures that the final client deliverables are relevant, valuable and actionable.

Greg Avramit

IT Director

Greg has over 20 years’ experience in information technology including infrastructure and database design, network implementation, data integration, application development and specialises in SQL databases and IT networks. His extensive mobile solution experience efficiently moves data to and from our mobile field force.

Dian Kapp

Pricing Solutions Manager

Dian has more than 12 years of experience working with large multi-national and national organisations in FMCG in product planning, production planning, sourcing, and client service management. In her career she has served as Client Service Manager, Production Planning Manager as well as Risk Officer. This exposure to various parts of an organisation has provided her with deep insight into the customer journey, their requirements as well as how to effectively manage and optimise these. Dian’s client focused approach has played a key role in building long lasting relationships, identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies both in productivity as well as solution design. Dian is a seasoned professional, with a solution driven mindset focused on client relationships. Her leadership skills and business management allows her to bring the best out of her peers and ensures meaningful client relationships.
